It has a clean fresh feel and no aftertaste. Even the strength is right so you can brew for just 2 minutes and then add milk to get a perfect cup of Masala Chai. Gave a cup to a granny down the road and she was ecstatic, won at big that night – stopped her dozing off. I dare not give it to my neighbours new wife, in case it makes her stay awake all night. Could you imagine the noise that would create. This has to be sold to restaurants so they stop giving you a cup of luke warm Tetley after a biryani. Keep up the quality and consistency, and please don’t let success make you want to tinker with the recipe. I had batch 01 AM best before 15 Feb 2010. However, they now tell me they won't be restocking. I think this is the best ginger tea I have ever tasted. My wife swears by the Ginger tea, too - & I think it is fantastic.
