Brewing Instructions: Always boil freshly drawn cold water as the oxygen in the water brings out the best flavour of the tea. Brew with freshly boiled water for 3 - 5 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk. For something different, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice or a slice of lemon. For a slightly sweeter taste, add honey.
